About Chuck

Chuck is a lifelong resident of the Leechburg area, and has a long record of public service to the people of our community.  He served for 16 years as a member of the Leechburg Area School Board, and 14 of those years as a member of the Joint Operating Committee of Lenape Technical School.  In his 16 years as a school board member, Chuck had 100% attendance at all voting meetings of the board.  He is currently serving as the Mayor of Leechburg, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Freeport, Leechburg, Apollo Group, Inc. (FLAG).

Chuck is a graduate of Leechburg Area High School, the University of Pittsburgh, and a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  He is admitted to practice law in all courts of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Chuck has practiced before Magisterial District Judges in Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Delaware, Indiana, Luzerne, Mercer, Venango and Westmoreland Counties, and in the Courts of Common Pleas of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Venango and Westmoreland Counties. In addition, he has argued cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania.
